I have yet to use this with my students but I can tell from reading through it that it will be beneficial to a number of them once we go through it together

I have found several resources in the bundle "Teen & Young Adult Mega Emotions Super Bundle." I have been able to incorporate them into my sessions and have found them to be helpful and appropriate for what I needed.

This has made mornings and evenings as a single parent so much faster. My kids are very motivated to do their next task so they can "mark" it off their routine chart. It's also made bedtime so much more smooth!

There are great activities that I have already used for my clients and such a short time. My clients find it very helpful to use the activities and become more aware of their emotions and how to manage them.

Great resources already prepped and ready to use in 1:1 sessions as well as small group. Fun ways to teach the children how to deal with big emotions.

I like like these seasonal bundles. We are doing another bundle first rigtig now, and therefore is saving this for later. All bundles are a family thing, all learning something new about ourselves. They gives us special family time. Really do recommend!
