The Mindfulmazing Commercial License gives you the right to use one product purchased on Mindfulmazing's store in a practice you charge for within the limits stated below.

By purchasing this license, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, one-person license to use one resource from Mindfulmazing's digital files.

All rights, title, interest, copyrights, intellectual rights are retained by Mindfulmazing.

HOW IT WORKS:

Purchase one Commercial License *per product.* This license covers using this product for commercial purposes (for example, using it in an office with multiple patients, in group sessions, in your business or therapy practice for more than personal purposes or reference, etc.)
Purchase this product alongside the item you wish to use. Example: If you want to use two separate resources from Mindfulmazing in a professional capacity, two items - two commercial licenses would need to be purchased.
This license allows up to 500 reprints.

YOU MAY NOT:

Use these files in commercial projects in which you use these files as a component.
You can not post to any publically searchable site (or social media).
You may NOT share these resources with others in your organization (or outside your organization).

IMPORTANT NOTES

Downloading digital goods:

Our resources are digital in nature. This means that you instantly download and print. Nothing will be mailed.
US letter page size (fits into a three-ring binder)
High printing quality and bright colors.
Due to monitor and printer differences, color may vary slightly.
There are no refunds or returns on digital products.

We send your files to you in three different ways:

1. For download immediately at your "Thank You!" page after your purchase is complete. There will be a button that says "Access Downloads." Click this button your, and files will open up.

2. Via an email from Shopify to confirm your order. If you click order details, this will take you to your digital goods.

3. Finally, you will receive an email from hello@mindfulmazing with all links to your digital products.
