I have a 3 & 5 year old whom I homeschool. This is their first experience to do anything like this & it has been awesome!! We do this to start our day. The directions are very straight forward. I love the questions that it asks the kids. I appreciate the extra tips at the bottom. I want everything there for me. I am doing enough planning already. This is why I decided to use this packet. I don’t have to do much thinking I can enjoy participating with the boys. I look forward to set 2!

Absolutely Love the Activities!

I have to admit, I am not a very mindful mom. I am too busy bringing my kids everywhere and hurrying them to do this and that to have a quiet moment and be mindful. The activities in this printable ebook are PERFECT for me to do with my kids. They are simple, they use materials you can find around the house, and they teach kids such important lessons about staying focused, being aware of their senses, dealing with their emotions, etc.
