At Mindfulmazing, all resources you purchase are delivered electronically; no physical products will be shipped.
You will not receive a shipping confirmation. Instead, you'll be immediately provided with links to access your digital purchases, which you can download or access anytime in your account.
Because digital files (such as PDFs and PPTs) cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales of digital resources are final and non-refundable.
Refunds for digital downloads are available in limited circumstances. Requests must be made within 14 days of your purchase and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:

Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally bought the same resource twice.

File Link Not Clicked / Downloaded: You purchased a resource but never clicked on the link to download the file (as determined by Mindfulmazing).
If your situation meets these criteria, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@mindfulmazing.com. Please include the resource name, purchase date, email, and name associated with the purchase, your concerns about the resource, and any specific details.
Once we determine that you qualify for a refund, we will promptly instruct our payment processor to issue it. Please note that we do not control the payment processor and cannot expedite the refund process.
Receiving a refund will immediately terminate your license to use the material, and you must stop using the resource.
