I found this very, very useful!

Purchased for my grandson who even though he is doing well in his studies and has a group of friends lacks a certain amount of positivity as he is the youngest in his year grade. He gradually finding himself but I wanted him to feel confident in himself before he graduates from his primary school in Year 5 to his chosen school for the rest of education life. I feel the mindfulmazing products offer a well rounded approach for all ages and understanding.

After the first go around, the students decided to see who could do the tones of voice with the most tone asked for. It was a hilarious second round as they put their full on dramatic abilities into it!

This resource is incredible for children, teenagers, and even adults! I have enjoyed using it with my 11 year old kiddo who has extra social/emotional needs. She has seemed to really benefit from the regulation skills when she becomes overstimulated. I highly recommend this resource to help calm down when the anxiety is overwhelming.
