I bought this book for my 2 sons. I’m going through a divorce and my eldest really doesn’t like to talk about his feelings. This book is brilliant, breaking everything down, asking in-depth questions to help my son process his thoughts. He wasn’t keen to use the book, but I’m going to gently encourage him to complete it page by page xx
I absolutely love all of the resources that I have purchased for use both at home and in the setting in which I teach. It really helps my own child and the children I work with recognise their feelings and be able to equip themselves with the correct tools to help them.
