Subscription Policy

Overview

By purchasing an Annual License for any of our Programs by Mindfulmazing, you agree to the terms outlined below. This product is sold as a recurring, yearly subscription that automatically renews each year unless cancelled prior to renewal.

Billing and Renewal

• Your subscription will be billed automatically every 12 months on the date of your original purchase.

• Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments (or your selected payment method).

• You’ll receive an email reminder 30 days before renewal to allow time for updates or cancellations.

• Renewal ensures continued access to program materials, digital bonuses, and any updated content included in your license.

Access and Licensing

• Each subscription grants one license per purchaser (or per school/organization if purchasing a professional license).

• Licenses are non-transferable and valid only for the organization or individual named on the account.

• Subscription access includes all digital downloads, Google Slides editions, and professional companion materials released during your active subscription period.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription any time before your next renewal date by logging into your account or contacting our support team at hello@mindfulmazing.com.

• Once cancelled, your license will remain active until the end of your paid period and will not renew automatically.

• We do not offer partial refunds for unused time after a billing cycle begins.

Refunds

• Due to the digital nature of our resources, all subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

• Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges or technical errors—please contact us within 7 days of purchase if this occurs.

Failed Payments

• If a renewal payment fails, Shopify will automatically retry your payment method several times.

• If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or cancelled, and access to materials will be suspended until payment is updated.
